Gregg H. Talley, FASAE, CAE President& CEO

Gregg has a broad range of experience from several perspectives and over 30 years within the Association/Event Management Industry. Prior to founding TALLEY MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC. (TMG), Gregg worked with a destination marketing organization and for a hotel development company.  In 1987 he founded TALLEY MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC. with his partner and father Robert K. Talley.

With a degree from George town University’s School of Foreign Service in international relations, Gregg has utilized those skills to plan national and international events and manage national and international organizations and boards in an array of industries including Healthcare, Education, Technology and Finance. Gregg gained his Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 1999 and his Fellow of the American Society for Association Executives (FASAE) designation in 2008.

Gregg’s experience in association management provides a 360-degree view of the stakeholders and pressures facing organizations when planning major international events. He also understands board perspectives on site selection, finance and local partnerships and support.

Gregg has personally managed literally hundreds of events globally for associations, societies, corporations and religious organizations including one of the largest convention events in North America, the 50,000+ attendee International Convention of Alcoholics Anonymous for over thirty years. TMG also managed the World Meeting of Families as part of the Papal Visit to Philadelphia in 2015. In addition, Gregg consults with nations and local destinations on developing business events strategies and destination management organizations.

A recognized professional in the field, Gregg consults, speaks and writes regularly on issues within association management, event management and business event strategy for organizations and destinations. Gregg was Past National Chair of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and its Education Foundation. He currently sits on the International Section Council of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and is a Board Member for the Meetings Management Sector at the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA).
Rohit Kohli Joint Managing Director India

Rohit Kohli is Jt. Managing Director of the Creative Travel group. Established in 1977, Creative Travel is today considered to be India's largest independent, family owned Inbound Destination Management Company. The other main business includes Signature Tours by Creative Travel, specializing in luxury outbound journeys; Plan it! meetings and conferences, a cutting edge PCO and corporate loyalty management company; and Jungle Sutra Wildlife Journeys, India's first wildlife specialist DMC focusing on lesser known fauna of the subcontinent. The group also runs an Academy of Tourism.

Creative Travel is South Asia's most recognised tour operator and has won many accolades including the prestigious National Awards regularly since 1979, multiple World Travel Awards, SITE Crystal Awards, PATA Gold awards etc.

Rohit is a hotelier by qualification, having graduated from a leading hotel management school and has initiated at some of the top luxury hotels in the country.

Rohit's position at the group, aside from sharing overall management responsibilities, also includes management of the operations and business development functions of the organization. Rohit is also responsible for the strategic planning including expansion and new focus areas. The company has 20 offices around the world. One of Rohit's key involvements is in the sustainability and responsible efforts of the organization through the Ram Kohli Foundation.

Rohit sits on the boards of several trade associations as part of his 'volunteerism' efforts. Some of them include being the first Secretary of Young Tourism Professionals (worldwide), the youngest Hony. Secretary of PATA India and formerly on the International board of PATA. Rohit also served as the India Chair for ICCA India, and a governing body member of Ecotourism Society of India, Rohit also serves on the Asia Pacific advisory boards of leading global hospitality chains.

Anuj Wadhwa Chief Operating Officer India

Anuj is career professional with diversified experience across industries and sectors. Anuj has built several businesses in the IT, BPO, meetings and events, travel, performance improvement and loyalty space, in his career spanning over 25 years. As an American Express Business Travel veteran, Anuj led successful business migrations and re-engineering in global locations. Following successful stints in the IT and BPO sector, the travel industry beckoned. Anuj led change management at Carlson Wagonlit drawing on his vast past experience at Thomas Cook and SITA Travels. The game-changing experience came in 2009 with the mayhem in the US markets and a booming opportunity in the loyalty space in India. First known as EMC and then taken over by Geneva-based MCI Group, Anuj proved his mettle with million dollar billings in the performance improvement and loyalty space. This inflexion point helped expand Anuj's experience across more sectors and today at Plan-It, his role straddles building of new organic businesses and guiding existing ones to a high growth path, merging his experience across the travel, meetings and events and loyalty sectors. His experience of creating IPs for associations in the form of quality meetings and conferences has spurred him to nurture association management excellence and bring his expertise to the partnership with Talley Management Group, Inc. to India by launching Vraata AME. He is also a Member of the Board at the Elders Club International Foundation, where he has spearheaded his vision for an inclusive world for senior citizens.
